description: "Foundational Research & Methodology Workflow for systematic investigation across diverse domains (health, travel, diet, tech)."

Foundational Research & Methodology Workflow (/research-general)

Use this workflow for any general research request across diverse subject areas (e.g., healthcare, physiology, pharmacokinetics, astrology, diets, clean food, travel, or general technical frameworks) to ensure academic rigor and community validation. This workflow is also aliased as /research for quick general access.

🛠️ Execution Steps

1. The Intake & Brainstorming Phase (Mandatory)

Before starting any query, the agent MUST run a brief brainstorming session with the user by asking targeted questions to clarify the scope: - Research Goal: What is the ultimate purpose of this research (e.g., academic knowledge, practical application, project implementation, writing a blog post)? - Key Questions: What are the specific 2-3 questions that absolutely must be answered? - Domain Context: What domain does this fall under (e.g., clinical, organic agriculture, local Balinese travel)? - Depth Requirement: Is this a quick summary or an exhaustive deep dive?

2. Multi-Tier Rigorous Search Protocol

Once objectives are locked, execute a search across three distinct tiers of information:

Tier 1: Primary Scholarly & Authoritative Sources

Tier 2: Domain-Specific Expertise

Tier 3: Community Wisdom & Practical Reality

3. The "Inherit vs. Takeaway" Analysis

Analyze the research findings: - Inherit (Ground Truth): What specific facts, parameters, constraints, or scientific methodologies MUST be strictly preserved and respected? - Takeaway (Actionable Insights): What shortcuts, code automations, lifestyle adjustments, or UI designs can be implemented based on the findings?

4. Structured Synthesis Report

Compile the research into a beautifully formatted Markdown report saved under docs/research/[tên-nhu-cau].md with the following structure: 1. Executive Summary: A concise 3-5 bullet summary of core findings. 2. Methodology & Sources: List of major databases and forums queried. 3. Core Findings: Grouped logically by sub-topic (with citations where appropriate). 4. Inherit vs. Takeaway Analysis: Tabular or bulleted comparison of ground truth vs. actionable decisions. 5. Next Steps: Practical roadmap based on the results.
