Tech Upgrade — Bàn giao kỹ thuật IT → AI

Quy trình

IT tạo task qua /handoff command trong topic IT & AI
→ Xem skill operate/handoff-task để biết cú pháp và route mapping
Worker (auto_accept_worker.py) gửi thông báo vào topic phòng nhận. Phòng nhận dùng /accept, /block, /done để phản hồi

Các điểm đặc thù cho IT (không có ở handoff-task)

Bước	Xử lý
Cấp quyền truy cập	Grant Lark Base/table access bằng `lark-cli base +permission-member-create`
Cài đặt môi trường (deploy)	SSH vào VPS, clone repo, cài dependencies, chạy test
Bảo mật thông tin nhạy cảm	KHÔNG ghi (Private Keys, API Tokens, Passwords) vào Lark Base. Dùng biến môi trường (`~/.hermes/secrets/`), file credentials mã hoá, hoặc link Google Drive phân quyền
Kiểm thử	Chạy smoke test, ghi kết quả vào `Output thực tế` trên Lark Base

Tham khảo chung (dùng schema tập trung)

Task ID format: [DEPT.SEQ] Subject + CRUD + Object (vd: [IT.01] IT Thiết lập Task Hub)
Status flow: Draft → Ready for Handoff → Handed off → Accepted → In progress → Blocked → Done
Sub-task: Dùng self-referencing link (Parent items field) — KHÔNG tạo bảng To-do riêng
Schema anchor: /opt/ai-os/products/ceo/config/lark_schema.json — nếu Lark thay đổi, chỉ cần update file này
Worker: Passive mode (on-demand trigger via plugin). Không còn cron auto-accept-worker nữa.

Lưu ý

KHÔNG dùng format HO-xxxx hay P1.01 AIOS TASK-HUB — Task ID đã chuyển sang [DEPT.SEQ]
KHÔNG dùng status Reported — đã bị loại khỏi schema
KHÔNG có field Task, Input, Owner trong schema (đã bị user reject)
Khi IT cần bàn giao thông tin nhạy cảm (SSH key, DB password), truyền qua ~/.hermes/secrets/, không ghi vào Lark Base hay Telegram
