Phân tích và Trích xuất: Bằng việc sử dụng lập trình tự động song song (concurrent.futures.ThreadPoolExecutor), tôi đã gọi API để trích xuất đầy đủ mô tả (tóm tắt nội dung và từ khóa) cho từng nguồn tài liệu trên một cách nhanh chóng nhất. 4. Tạo tài liệu chính sách lõi: Tạo mới và khôi phục thành công thư mục bị thiếu (/opt/ai-os/products/ceo/company_kb/knowledge/policy/). Lưu trữ thành công cấu trúc bản đồ tri thức gồm cả ID, keyword, file tài liệu gốc cùng tóm tắt vào trong tệp tin /opt/ai-os/products/ceo/company_kb/knowledge/policy/master_policy.md. 5. Cập nhật lên thẻ Kanban: Gắn đính kèm tệp tin tài liệu tri thức này (master_policy.md) vào nhiệm vụ t_e9a9a8e1 trên bảng Kanban để người dùng (hoặc downstream workers) có thể tiếp cận trực tiếp.
