However, the sector lacks comprehensive governance frameworks to ensure digital authenticity, prevent destination overtourism, and protect cultural intellectual property from synthetic distortion.
This course will equip me with the technical literacy and regulatory insight to lead digital transformation across three interconnected dimensions:
First, at the policy level, I will formulate my post course Return to Work Project at Fulbright to propose a National Cultural and Gastronomic Data Governance Blueprint. Integrating CARE Principles, this framework will establish verification protocols for digitized cultural assets and protect traditional recipes against unauthorized algorithmic commercialization.
Second, at the sectoral level, I will advocate for advanced visitor satisfaction analytics and carrying capacity monitoring systems, enabling tourism authorities to balance economic yield with heritage preservation.
Third, in education, I will translate course learnings into updated curriculum modules at RMIT University Vietnam and youth innovation hackathons. By cultivating digital literacy and ethical awareness among upcoming professionals, I will champion a sustainable transformation model that elevates authentic Vietnamese identity on the global stage.

I will continuously leverage Australian expertise in tech regulation and indigenous data governance to refine my policy initiatives in Vietnam.
