Vault Linking & YAML Frontmatter Audit Skill

This skill allows agents to automatically run a diagnostic audit across all research documents in the Obsidian Vault to check for frontmatter compliance, detect orphan/broken wikilinks, and identify context-based cross-linking recommendations (especially regarding open research questions).

When to Use

1. At the end of every Sprint: Run this skill to verify that the newly created chapters and reports are correctly cross-linked.
2. After a Logic Audit: The logic_auditor_agent or supervisor_agent should run this skill to check if statements/topics in the draft are properly linked to existing research pages or open questions.
3. When requested by the User: Whenever the user wants to audit the status of the vault's semantic links.

How to Execute

1. Execute the Python script from the project root: bash python3 scripts/audit_links.py
2. Read the generated report:

4. Analyze the results:
