This chapter investigates how outcome-based accreditation frameworks shape faculty workload distribution across research-intensive universities. Using mixed methods across six case institutions, the study finds that accreditation cycles introduce measurable workload reallocation with heterogeneous effects by institutional tier. Implications for accreditation policy design are discussed.
